Satisfaction Guarantee

If a discomfort persists after your contact lenses or your glasses have been correctly adjusted and the normal adaptation period, we will make sure to find a product you are comfortable with.

Frame Guarantee

The frames you buy from your Opto-Reseau optometrist are made from the best materials and are inspired from the latest fashion trends. Your new frame is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for at least one year following your purchase.

Coating Guarantee

At Opto-Reseau, we only use the highest quality treatments. This is why all the coatings applied to your lenses, such as tints, anti-reflective treatments and scratch-proofing treatments on plastic lenses are guaranteed against defects for at least one year following your purchase.

Contact Lenses Guarantee

Your new contact lenses are made with the maximum level of precision for perfect comfort and adjustment. If you are not 100% satisfied of your new contact lenses within 30 days of your purchase, we will make sure to find a product you are comfortable with.

Ophthalmic Lenses Guarantee

Your ophthalmic lenses are cut with the greatest precision using the latest-technology tools. All organic (plastic) lenses coated against scratches and all mineral (glass) lenses thermally or chemically treated are guaranteed against breakage and scratches for a minimum period of one year following your purchase.

Application of the Guarantee

In case of a problem before the end of the specified time period, you simply have to return the merchandise to your Opto-Reseau optometrist, who will gladly repair or replace it if need be, at no additional cost. Guarantees do not apply, however, in case of loss, theft, changes of prescription or abuse. Moreover, the guarantee is limited to one replacement per purchase.
